TRUST YOUR GUT! The initial stages of the interview process were great. I really clicked with everyone, and I was excited about the role from the very first call. However, when I met the sales team, I got some bad vibes during the call. I ignored my intuition and accepted the job when I got my offer. The person I had bad feelings about is a complete nightmare to work with. I had a different offer on the table for slightly less money, but I stupidly took this role instead. I'm holding out and hoping things get better, but if you interview with someone you don't like, just understand that you WILL be working with them and it WILL get worse......
