the process was through phone call. they asked about the educational background. then asked about the strength and weakness. The technical skills are verified through questions. At last they asked about the short term and long term goals.

Colloquio
First round is an online test which consists of basic technical and aptitude questions. While the questions are fairly basic, the cut off is very high and only 10-15 (out of 50-60) students make it to the next round. The online test is followed by 2-3 technical interviews. Majority questions are from data structures and algorithms. Also, questions are asked based on your resume. Finally, we have an HR round at the end.

The rounds were lengthy but the questions were based on DS, database and few puzzles.
It was lengthy because they were giving more time to think on the DS questions and the design questions.
