In 2019, I secured a campus placement consisting of three rounds. The initial phase encompassed an aptitude round, assessing general skills. This was followed by a technical interview, delving into specialized knowledge. The final step involved an HR interview, evaluating interpersonal attributes. The overall process was characterized by its smooth and efficient execution. This experience enabled me to showcase my skills and provided valuable insights into the recruitment procedure, contributing to my growth and development.

The interview process consisted of 4 rounds and was completed within about 1–2 weeks. Round 1 – HR Screening: Basic discussion about my background, current role, technologies, notice period, and salary expectations. Round 2 – Technical Interview: Focused on programming concepts, data structures, REST APIs, SQL queries, and coding questions. I was asked to explain OOP concepts and write a simple program such as reversing a string (e.g., "hello" → "olleh"). Round 3 – Techno-Managerial Round: Discussion about my previous projects, backend architecture, problem-solving approach, and scenario-based questions related to API performance and debugging. Round 4 – HR Round: Final discussion about salary, work location, and cultural fit. Overall, the interviewers were friendly and the questions were mainly based on core programming concepts and project experience.
