They asked for a cover letter to the CEO (i personally did in a direct message fairly informal but encourage formalities) Fairly quick process, I believe there were c. 3/4 rounds, First few stages were a chat with the CTO/line manager, super friendly and down to earth. COO joined and CEO joined first/second. All very approachable and relaxed - good vibe Final one was a presentation of my recommendation & strategic plan to a problem statement. Conducted with Clevel staff with an hour interview after with the CEO 1:1. Got a decision within a week or so, very quick
