I was referred by Infosys employee but the application was sitting in their system for 3 months. They took awfully long time to get the process started. But once it started, it was swift. They have lot of forms and datasheets to be filled up for interview. Good thing is that they send all these in email prior to interview so you don't have to spend time at the venue. Just goes on to show their HR practices are mature and streamlined. The interview were organized well, not much waiting time. I had two rounds of interviews: 1st with 3 member panel and 2nd one over with some senior person over phone from their office.
