Colloquio
I got a call from Infosys Learning arm. They had several positions vacant, from project managers, consultants, IDs etc. They had kept it open considering my mixed experience role wise and functional. I went for an onsite interview a week after the phone call. It was conducted by a panel of two interviewers. There was no GD. The interview was conducted in a very friendly manner. There were no stress interview questions. The panel wanted me to speak about my skills, orientations, interests and experience. They seemed to be more intent on looking for a long term fit rather than just filling a vacancy. Overall the experience was good. The recruiting process seemed to be a bit confusing especially not letting the candidate know exactly for what positions he is being considered. The people seemed to be quite friendly and open. The process was done for quite a many candidates the same day.
Horrible experience. They call outstation candidates for a face-to-face interview and refuses to pay for their travel. After the final round, they tell the candidate that their CTC expectation is unaffordable

Did you have a break in education? Why did you complete your 10th Standard so late (16 years)? seems like they hire only child prodigies who complete 10th standard at the age of 9/10.
