The process was very smooth. I went through a recruiter. Started with a brief phone interview to discuss my experience etc. Followed up with a 2 hour in-person interview at their office on Richmond St. There were scheduling conflicts initially but Ingle was very accommodating. Met with a senior software engineer. The interview started with 30 min written test. Questions were intermediate level, covering javascript, PHP and OOP concepts. This was followed by a meeting with a senior developer, who asked questions related to JS, PHP, SQL and general programming, which lasted for an hour. They weren't hard but would need some preparation to answer confidently. Finally I met with the CTO who discussed the future of the company and we chatted about other things like benefits, bonuses etc. (15-20 mins) Overall this was really good experience. I was contacted through my recruiter the following evening with an offer fitting what I had asked for. I accepted the job.
