they said i cleared the 2 rounds and with a drag they didn't schedule the last round because of notice period. which was discussed ealier as 60days and at the end they required immediate joiners within 15days.

The interview pattern was not good.
The interview started directly without any interaction. Probably the interviewer was inexperienced.
I do agree most of the companies do hackerrank kind of coding round first but here after joining call I was asked directly to solve a problem on my pc and was asked to share the solution after stipulated time.

There were 3 rounds in total. The first round was a technical round with C# questions. Second round was machine round with design of airline and hotel reservation system. The last round was technical plus managerial round.
