I attended the job drive at Innovacx, which comprised five rounds. The first round was a pen-and-paper round consisting of five questions. The first four questions were based on Arrays, Matrices, Strings, and DSA concepts, while the fifth was an SQL problem, where four SQL tables and three join-related queries were given. The level of difficulty for this round ranged from intermediate to difficult, and candidates needed to solve at least 3–4 questions to qualify for the next round. The second (TR1) and third (TR2) rounds were technical interviews. Multiple questions were asked on Java, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, AI, ML, JavaScript, Operating Systems, code snippets, SQL queries, and projects. Instead of direct conceptual questions, the interviewers focused on practical applications of programming concepts and project work. The fourth round (TR3) was conducted by managers, where questions were asked on APIs, ML, AI, certifications, advanced Java, advanced SQL concepts, backend integrations, HTTP requests, REST APIs, and SOAP. Candidates who cleared this stage proceeded to the HR round, where the focus was on communication skills, clarity of answers, and the ability to handle challenging questions. Overall, the interview process was quite difficult.

There will be basically a written exam which has 4 coding and 3 sql Followed by 3 interview most of they were already filled by referrals but i don't get why they conduct off campus drives or collage polls they don't ever listen to us in interview i have answered all of they very good and interviewer also given a positive feedback.he said "u have a solid Analytical and coding skills" but in the end they have told me to leave even most of they don't have any idea about any thing if u are clever enough to bluff they your task is done they will land in a job of 4.13 lakhs package
