Talked with a recruiter who set up an in-person interview and met with other account managers. Then had a lunch interview with the San Diego Director. It was a very casual setting which made it easy to show my personality. Denied final round interview due to other job opportunity abroad.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
