Not a great experience. Went through a whole process of interviews and follow ups on a role. After the interview process, I was not given any feedback left very frustrated. Professional conduct would entail conveying good or bad outcomes in the recruiting process to candidates. I feel this was neglected. A practice like this at interview level really says a lot about how they conduct themselves. Happy to move on from such an environment.
