After submission of application, you'll receive a call from a recruiter, if they find you to be a match for the company. After speaking with the recruiter, you will have to submit an online skype like interview. If you progress to the next level then you will have a face to face interview with the district manager, followed by the general manager at the store you will be working at. Fairly quick process for everything.

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter who then setup an interview with the District Manager. The General Manager of that particular store also was apart of the interview. I received a call right after my interview from the recruiter who told me the team loved me and that they would like to offer me the position!
