Overall, the interview process was well-organized. The HR team was very supportive and clearly explained each step, which I really appreciated. Most of the interviewers were kind, engaged, and aligned with the role expectations. However, in the final interview involving the case analysis, I felt the interviewer wasn’t fully attentive. When I asked for a hint, he repeated what I had just said as if it were a new suggestion, which made me feel he wasn’t actively listening. That part aside, the rest of the experience was very positive.
