I was called up by the HR team for a recruitment drive. The drive was planned well. But some of the people from panel were late due to which candidates have to wait a little longer. Round 1- Very basic questions regarding my current responsibilities / processes followed in my current organisation. Round 2- This was to judge your java skills. Although the questions asked in this round were very basic. Also the interviewer had a set of 7-8 questions and was asking the same questions to each candidate. Round 3:The HR asked me to wait for the third round with some senior guy, but after around 20 mins sent me back saying the panel is busy and the next round be conducted on phone. (Although I did not receive any update after that) Positives : Not much expect the fact that the HR team and the panel was friendly. Negatives : 1.The process to judge a candidate does not seems to be good. You cannot judge a candidates caliber by a specific set of questions. You need to drill the candidates on their strengths. 2. I was kind of unhappy with the fact that I was kept waiting and then the third round was not conducted. The process was supposed to be completed on the same day and if you guys do not want to continue further with the candidate, let them know clearly.

There are 4 Interview sessions. I am providing the details as follows: 1) Apti round- generally testing and sql related questions. 2) Technical 1st Round - Average level technical test this was 3) Technical 2nd Round - difficult level round 4) HR Round - final hr round
