A 2 hour long written test followed by two rounds of interviews with senior faculty and director at the Institute for human development. The test covered basic general awareness, comprehension, grammar and know how about current affairs.

Pretty straightforward and topic specific - panel of interviewers who will ask you questions based on your presentation of research. Take care to be patient and precise and try to address it to all in the panel. You will take some time to hear from them depending on availability of funds.
