by reading an essay or watching a short video about the job details.

Initial interview - online via the website, recorded. Second, with a live interviewer and was about 45 mins to 1 hour. General questions and questions on reading, books, characters from books, a situational question dealing with a student. Very positive experience.

Fun and educational interview. It's a bit of a long process but understandable since it's an interview to work with children. The interviewer was great at answering any questions I had.
