2 seperate phone interviews followed by travel to London for 3 x 1:1 interviews, I x 2 person interviews & another phone interview with US based Manager. People were friendly and interviews a mix of competency based and standard Q's. HR advised a response from them would be the following week. Chased after 2 weeks..nothing...chased again..after another week...so 21 days after the interviews someone rang to say unsuccessful. Reason given..'no experience in Diabetes space'. In my very first email back to them after they approached me 6 weeks ago) I stated I didn't have this experience and was told it was all about the skill set. Very nice people with a great product who clearly fail to grasp the wider meaning of building your brand...disapointingly unprofessional.
