Despite a smooth technical process and engaging discussions, I was completely ghosted by the recruitment team. Repeated follow-ups were ignored until a proactive recruitment coordinator (super proactive) intervened, securing a response over a month after the final interview stage. Her efforts were the sole highlight in an otherwise frustrating experience. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism after investing time and effort. I advise caution: don’t wait too long for a response or expect customary feedback, despite industry standards for such interactions, as a response may never come. They are indifferent to these professional courtesies and show no respect for your time.
