      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Insurance Pipeline (Fort Lauderdale, FL) nel mese di ott 2022

      Colloquio

Recruiter screening, Call with CEO, in person interview with COO, additional in person interview with both CEO and COO. All interviews went well, I was originally interviewing for a sales management position, but in the final interview (Wed.), they asked me if I would be willing to lead their talent acquisition team. We talked what compensation would look like and they agreed to get back to me. I sent a thank you the next day and then a following day (Thu.), and then followed up with the recruiter the next day (Fri.). I was told I would have an offer by the end of the weekend. Come Sunday night, the COO texted me to confirm I could still start the next day. I told him pending review of the offer letter I would. Offer letter came over after 8:40pm with less salary than was discussed, no bonus or commission during training (which the CEO said there would be), and a line in the offer that said compensation was subject to change. I let the COO we would need to talk first thing in the morning. During our discussion he said the salary was due to a rounding error on his part, they do not offer any additional compensation during training, and gave an excuse behind the compensation change clause. I countered with what was reasonable given the conversations we had throughout the interview process and they agreed to everything but the additional compensation during training. They held their position that was never discussed or offered. I rejected the offer out of principle because of the shady way they sent a less than agreed to offer late the night before to get me in the door and then wouldn’t budge on something they offered without me asking. I would highly advise anyone interviewing here to make sure they are treated well throughout the interview and offer process. They are out to get talent and churn them out the door. I would never trust working for them.
