An interview was arranged after an initial phonecall. This was scheduled for 2 days later, during which I spent considerable time preparing.
It was an hour and a half in-person interview at their head office, which including travel time took me 3 hours.
Despite emailing after, I have been completely ghosted with no feedback and no communication.

The first part of the interview was about the company. We then went on to talk about my skills and experience and also what I could bring to the job. We then ended the interview with any questions I may have.
