Applied through the company website. Internal HR contact point responded within 24 hours and scheduled a 30 min phone screening with themselves. Stated "I'll share your resume and candidacy with the hiring manager and should get back to you with the week." 3 weeks have passed and no response from HR contact despite multiple attempts to contact through multiple different platforms.

It was a fairly laid-back interview. It lasted about an hour and was more of a conversation than an interrogation. The department managers were the ones on the call. I was told they care a lot about presentation: having a suit, being well groomed, etc. All communication came through the recruiter.
