I applied this position through email invitation and received a phone interview invitation from the hiring group in one week. The phone interview least for one hour and after that I went to Oregon for onsite. Onsite interview is from 8 am to 5pm, starting from a one hour presentation and following with several 30 mins individual meetings.

It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
