I had submitted my resume during the career fair at my university. The team I talked to wasn't related to the field I work in but they forwarded my resume to the appropriate group. This process took about two months after which a recruiter contacted me for a phone interview. The phone interview was a combination of behavioral and technical questions. They asked me about my current job and skills learnt. The behavioral was related to whether I could work in a team, how did I overcome some key challenges and working with difficult people.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
