It took 1 month from applying online and getting a call from recruiting manager. He said, my profile looks great and matches well with the responsibilities. There was a 30 mins discussion, mostly on my experience and projects from my resume. He said, he was interested in having me for an onsite interview. But I didn't get a call for another 4 weeks. I had mail him multiple times but got no reply. Finally, got a call and was asked for convenient dates. After I haven't heard from them again. Initially, it looked so much promising and I was hoping to get the job since the manager seemed so excited. But I was kept waiting for so much time without much communication that I didn't anyway want to work with him. At least they could have intimated me about the decision.
