Interviews were primarily behavioral and question on experiences relevant to the commodity management role. Best tip is to know the company you are interviewing for inside and out. prior to interview I talked to people there, and asked about challenges facing the company. I reviewed annual reports and through access to graduate school library, studied the industry and key trends.
