The interview process was structured and thorough, consisting of multiple stages. It began with an online application, followed by an initial screening call with HR. This was primarily to discuss my background, motivations, and technical experience. The next stage involved a technical interview with an engineer, where I was asked to solve coding problems in Python and discuss my approach. There were also questions on data structures, algorithms, and system design. Finally, a panel interview focused on problem-solving scenarios, teamwork, and Intel’s core values. Overall, it was a challenging but fair process.
