Basic Interview questions. Introduce Yourself and sales situational questions
I recently interviewed for the Business Development Executive role at Intellipaat and had a smooth and professional experience. The recruiter was friendly, clear, and explained the role expectations in detail. The questions were mostly situation-based, focusing on communication skills, customer handling, and my understanding of EdTech sales.
What I liked most was that the interview felt like a genuine conversation rather than a pressure test. They wanted to understand how I think, how I handle objections, and how well I can guide learners towards choosing the right course for their career.
The entire process—from initial call to final selection—was fast, transparent, and well-coordinated. Overall, a great experience for anyone looking to get into EdTech sales
