One Vice President form the company contacted me for the initial round of interview. In the interview, I was asked what attributes of a firm would interest me to stay, and the opposite like what would make me regret working at a company and want to leave. Then some general questions I have about the company.

The overall experience was okay, but it turned out that no response was given without any explanation. it doesn't seem right. I believe they should send at least a line if they do not want to proceed
A 15-30 mins interview on Zoom with a recurring team member to talk about my background and ask questions about the roles the Economists play in their work. The person asked me about location preferences and how seriously I am considering a position in the private sector.
