The interviews seemed unorganized. You would have an appointment set and then you get a call and have it rescheduled with few options. This is a job i am currently holding . When the questions were standard for someone new to the position, it gave a feeling that the process of the interview was not important but a protocol that needed to be done.

The interview began with an overview of what the goals of the new PACT program are and what the program would involve. The interview questions were related to my interest in and passion for early childhood education. The process was comfortable and to the point.
