They're good at interviewing, bad at offers, bad at replying. Interviewed at least 6 times. The mass hiring event, I had to interview with two people. One engineer was great, he knew how to hold interviews, and was a people person. The other one was was horrible, he was a robot and would talk over you if you tried to ask a question. He actually recited serial and model numbers for trucks, engines, parts. I got railroaded and after 55 minutes he asked "Do you have any questions." Yes I had a bunch but you fought me when I was forced to interrupt you. I don't know if he is really that bad, or he did it intentionally, because that's how bad it was.

The interview process took over three months. First round interview was HR screening phone call to determine general job fit, salary expectations, start date, etc. After, was manager panel interview. Took another two weeks for a template email rejection.
