After they receive your application, they will phone you to conduct an interview. Firstly you will be asked to do a paper test about basic knowledge on business operations(very simple). Then the manager will interview you, both English and Cantonese. Ask about your past experience, why you like to do events, what's your strength and so on. Easy to answer and the manager is really nice.
