Interview process was short. You can tell the panel interview asks standard questions about program management and general business development planning and programming. The interview was about an hour long with a panel of program staff and then leadership of the latin america office.

First the regional director came for a first round of interview, which was followed by the online interview. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and it seemed as a friendly atmosphere.

Among all, they were asking for a country political sensitive questions, which is kind of tricky and lives a subjective interpretation. At the end they ask "which book you would recommend for reading".
