Salary discussion call - they want to hire on 30% less than my expectations that was shared before that start of the interview process. Shared won't be joining, on what they wanted to pay. So they keeps me on hold for around 2 weeks and informs they wont be moving ahead . So if the budget was a constraint , they shouldn't even have interviewed any such candidate. Waste of time
