First, you had a phone interview with HR and then you go to a tech interview with a team leader/ senior developer and after that, they give a home assignment. The tech interview was hard but that's OK, the only reason why I had a bad experience, is because after they gave me a home assignment they never replied back, which is really rude based on the fact you wasted an hour for that assignment from your own free time.
