After a very nice first talk where we checked if all the basics would fit (like working hours etc) I've got a programming challenge to submit a few days later. They seemed to be happy with my submission, so I've got invited to a second round where we discussed technicalities, mostly my background and experience. Also got a small brainteaser there to solve. Even one of the co-founders where present and gave a pitch about the company and their vision for the future, which was very nice. A day or two later I got the confirmation that I could start working there. All in all it was a very pleasant experience, everyone was very friendly and always open for my questions.
