Got the call from recruitment agency. Ist round was for 40 mins of general discussion 2nd round was again for 40 mins of general discussion. The way 2nd round progressed, I am sure that these people are not sure about what they need actually & looking for interview ready person. So surely, if the interviewers are like these in the company then no wonder if company struggles to keep the development/maintenance costs under limits. Will suggest candidates to be away from this company to avoid a sure h*ll later, as this company will be going no-where and all the best to its investors.
