There were a total of three Rounds of interviews. Two with CEO and another with an Event Manager. Both very knowledgeable and honest about position/growth/earnings. They were very genuine and you could tell they love to invest their time into others to help them grow. Not a super easy process, as I was a little nervous, but they do get you thinking.

I interviewed at this company a few months ago, but I wanted to write a review because, looking back on it now that I've been through what a real interview should be, this was a pretty negative experience. When I arrived, I was in a room alone for about twenty minutes. I had to text someone and let them know I had arrived. Finally, one person came to get me. The interview was held in her office, and the rest of the entire place was empty. I was told that I wasn't actually interviewing for the position I had applied for (I forget now which "title" I would supposedly have). I was told I would need to earn my way to full 8 hour shifts, I would need to work weekends, and the pay was very low. When I expressed that the pay may not fit my needs, the interviewer was rude about it. Needless to say, I was put off by the whole thing and was not upset when I didn't ever hear back.
