Arrived for an interview, asked normal preliminary questions then scripted questions from a sheet which were primarily making sure you weren’t a moron. He said I was very likely to recieve the role offer and he would call me that evening-he didn’t. Turns out he had been sacked for misconduct with staff.

Informal interview with manager asking about availability and previous experience. Asked to tell them about myself and if I’m studying at the moment. Got offer on the same day. Very easy and comfortable interview.
