There were four rounds starting with written aptitude test followed by one round of HR interview, case based GD and one last round of HR interview.Aptitude test was more of Quantitative ability questions including probability, permutation combination etc.

They asked one situation based question in the interview and it requires logical reasoning skills to answer that question
Went through multiple interviews and did receive a response. Managers who did the interview did not know the day to day work of the position. Most of the interview was people skills.
1st Phone Screening with HR, then a virtual Interview with the hiring manager, next I had a 2nd Virtual Interviews with the hiring managers supervisor. Once done with the interviewing process, I rendered my references and was submitted for a Drug screening.

Colloquio
Few rounds of interviews but decent speed in getting the offer extended. One round on finance and one round on systems and BA skills. Also one round of HR. Personally I enjoyed the interview process and learnt a few new things.
