My school was a core school for JPM Private Bank. The application was submitted through the university career center and interviews took place on campus. It was a single, 30 minute interview with two alums that both worked for the Private Bank. The process also included a reception the night before at a local restaurant.

Not too many technical questions: how the markets did last year, what's going on in financial news, and tell me how you'd invest $50 million were probably as technical as it got. One that caught me a little off guard was to explain what equities/fixed income was pretending that the interviewer knew nothing about finance

Had 3, 30-minute interviews that were all the same. The interviews were very conversational; the interviewers truly just wanted to get to know me. Really, only got asked why JP, why Private Banking, and what have I seen in markets, then they would take it from there.

You enter a zoom room for the superday with other candidates. You are then put into three different breakout rooms with three different interviewers (all VP and MD). They ask you questions and you help carry the conversation for about 20 minutes each.
