5 rounds of interviews including two telephonic from NYC and a live Java coding test in the office. Questions on Java. Spring, Servlets, Mongo DB, SOAP and REST services, design patterns. Overall good interviews but few questions were very bookish. From the interviews it didn't seem like the organisation is at par with latest market technology trends.
Efficient and fast to the point they want to know why you are joining and what you intend to contribute to bring success to the firm. Don’t waste time asking philosophical questions

Had technical round, and recruiter never provided any update nor feedback.
When I approached recruiter for feedback, mail was never responded back.
Recruiter was never approachable nor responsive.Its better to go with referral, so that you can track the process.

The interview process is smooth and timely. The interviewers are also polite and eager to know the personality of the person joining their team. The feedback as well does not take that long for me to look for another posting online.
