Though there were not too many rounds of interview however the time they took in responding was very long. The assignment was interesting but very lengthy with questions around situational analysis and technical knowledge of RCTs & Research. Also, it seemed like the interviee did not read the assignment before taking the interview as alot of technical questions were repeated and they were not able to understand when I was saying things like "as I have mentioned in my assignment". Going through the assignment would help. They did not give a reason for rejection, which was a little disappointing after a very long and tedious process. The feedback could have really helped.
