I had three interviews, the first with a recruiter and the second and third with team members. While I really enjoyed my conversations with the team, the recruiter did not do the best job of communicating or disclosing next steps in the process. The hiring process abruptly ended without an explanation and only upon requesting further information did I learn that they had freezed hiring for the role.
