They set you up with a first round interview either in person or zoom. On the first interview, you either meet with the assistant director or the director or operations for a quick meet and greet. I was super nervous to interview but the gentleman was very quick to make the interview comfortable and painless. He went over the program and why they need to expand to meet client demands/needs. He made sure i had no questions and explained what the next steps would be if i was selected for a second interview.
