Very quick, contacted by the recruiter, interviewed with field manager and then general manager, general manager was leaving soon so I also did an interview with the new general manager. I was supposed to have an interview with the district manager but skipped that process completely.
I had the delightful pleasure to meet four polite and company positive individuals during the process. Each hiring representative was easy to engage with in the exchange of dialogue for the position requirements and my skill set for candidacy. Sufficient information was provided to me and an open invitation time for my questions. All parties with whom I was introduced were honest and sincere and presented true to the JCPenney's commercial song: We are Family. Work is where we are 5 out of 7 days and I can appreciate that type of inclusive culture.

firsy phone interview was fast and nice i got to get a good idea of the position available and was able to talk and ask any questions i needed without feeling scared or uncomfortable very exciting

Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I went through at least four interviews but it is understandable for this position. They call exactly when they say they will call. The questions were not hard to answer.
