To start the process, there was the formal application and essay. After that evaluation, I did a phone interview which lead to a personal interview. After the interview, I declined as I felt there wasn't enough room for growth.

Multiple rounds of interviews and fast process but lied on salary saying they could meet my requirements but then gave way less. Put through a project and lots of interviews to be setup to take less pay. Waste of time and effort!
