I applied online 2 months ago, received a call back two weeks ago. scheduled a phone interview. Then was called back two days later for group interview. There were five of us. And like others we had to pitch an idea to the group then vote on the whose idea was best. then afterwards we had to create a rack display as a team and explain why we did chose the way we set up the clothing. Finally we had to go pick outfits from a dept and sell it to the managers. Then they told us they would call us. whole things took about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

It was in a very professional and comfortable setting in the store. And it was conducted with the store and salon manager at that location. Both of the managers were kind and professional.
It was a group interview which led to an individual interview with a supervisor. If you pass the first round you have a higher chance of getting hired on for a position

Interview process went smoothly. Asked behavioral questions and situational questions that catered to how you deal with a variety of customer personalities. Also asked about previous employment roles. Offered a job on the first interview.
