I applied during the holiday season, so we got a group interview. It was pretty interesting. Instead of going around asking bland questions, the two interviewers had us play games. The games tended to focus on teamwork and highlighting leadership skills. The interview was round based, the went round by round and eliminated people until they had roughly 4 of us out of the original 9 or so. We also had to write a sales pitch and individually pitch it to the interviewers, afterwards teaming up and picking one that we had to work together to pitch to the interviewers a second time. DON'T get nervous, it shows.
