This was during 2012 holiday season. I applied online and the next day got a call so asked a few questions about me and why I want to work there, if I have ever been there, etc. then they gave me a date for the interview. I arrived about 15 minutes early, there were a few others already there waiting. The whole group consisted of maybe 10 people? It was different from traditional interviews, they gave us a tour and then sat us down in a meeting room. Handed us a paper with two scenarios and had to pick one of the two and pitch the idea to the group. After the interview they informed us that everyone was hired and we went into the office one by one and told us any information we needed, informed us of the salary and so on.
