very general interview questions. after getting hired, you're going to watch videos(training), lots of them! Also, you're going to take personality quiz on the computer. 1 on 1 interview is very easy, they will also ask some situational questions/ behavioral questions. My tip is, just be yourself but also be professional. Be honest with your answers and you'll be fine!

Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work for JCP? Whats your greatest weakness, strengths?
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Colloquio
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
